Status of this platform
Where legal services are instructed, they are provided by Quastels LLP. Quastels is a limited liability partnership registered in England and Wales under number OC312541 and authorised and regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority under SRA number 420615.
Content on this website is provided for general information and education. It is not tailored legal advice, a legal opinion or a substitute for advice on the complete facts of a matter. It should not be relied upon as the sole basis for taking, delaying or refraining from action.
Tool results are automatically generated solely from the selections and information supplied by the user. The tools do not inspect documents, verify evidence, test credibility, identify every relevant fact or apply every possible exception. A score, route indication, risk flag or suggested action is indicative only: it is not an official assessment, audit, eligibility decision, endorsement prediction or guarantee of outcome.
Viewing the website, using a tool, subscribing, or contacting Jayesh or Quastels does not by itself create a solicitor-client relationship or a duty to act. Quastels LLP will act only after it has completed any required checks, confirmed the scope of work and accepted an engagement on agreed written terms.
Immigration law, policy, fees, evidential requirements and published guidance can change without notice. Decisions are made by the Home Office, endorsing bodies, courts and other third parties applying the law and evidence available to them. Enquiries and information
Initial enquiry and subscription forms may send the information deliberately submitted to a destination approved by Quastels. Where that integration is not available, the form prepares an email in the user's own email application and the user must send it to complete the request. Users should not send highly sensitive documents or assume that deadlines are being protected until Quastels has expressly accepted the matter. Enquiry information may be used to assess conflicts, suitability and scope in accordance with Quastels' applicable privacy information.
The interactive diagnostic tools operate in the browser. Their answers are not transmitted merely by completing a tool. Where a tool offers an optional “save on this device” function, the selected answers are stored only in that browser's local storage until the user removes them or clears the browser data. If a user chooses to request a legal review, only the result summary deliberately placed into the subsequent enquiry is prepared for transmission.
Reliance and review
While care is taken in preparing this platform, no representation is made that every page is complete, error-free or current for every purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, responsibility is not accepted for action taken or not taken solely in reliance on this website or an automated result. Nothing in these notices excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
